As most currently know, and for those who do not know. The IDF (Israel Defense) has called a cease-fire to allow humanitarian aid from the UN (United Nations) to enter the Gaza Strip. Israel has even asked for the evacuation of Palestinian residents. This is just some of the viable proof that Israel does not hate Palestine as a whole. What Israel hates, is Hamas. Hamas is a United States designated terrorist group, intent on the traumatization and desolation of Israelis. Hamas has been sending rockets and other weapons into Israel for years, and Israel is rightfully retaliating. Israel, in fact, is fine with the existence of the Palestinians. According to the Oslo agreement, between Palestinian and Israeli Authority, Israel GAVE the Palestinian Authority the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank. Recognition as a sovereign entity os Israels only request. Hamas is intent on the exact opposite. Now it might be important to point out that that Hamas is not in complete control of the Palestinian Territories. Hamas is currently in control of the Gaza Strip portion of its land, and Fatah (Another entity) is in control of the West Bank.I truly do believe that Palestine needs to remove Hamas from its government, if there is going to be any negotiation of peace.
